This is an outbound role where you’ll be generating opportunities for a range of B2B clients, speaking with senior decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the hunt for new business and wants a clear progression path into Account Management.
What you’ll be doing
• Making high-volume outbound calls to senior decision-makers
• Prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn and email
• Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for clients
• Managing your activity through Salesforce
• Working towards activity and meeting targets
• Learning from experienced sales leaders and developing your sales skills
What they’re looking for
• 12+ months’ B2B outbound sales or 360 recruitment experience
• Confidence cold calling and generating opportunities
• A resilient, coachable attitude
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales
