The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, providing expert commercial and cost management advice while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll have the opportunity to lead commissions, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for a range of exciting developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise.
- Experience delivering commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- MRICS is advantageous but not essential.
