We’re hiring a Sales Consultant for Lemonchase – the UK’s leading distributor of specialist surgical loupes and microscopes to surgeons and dentists.
This is a commission-based role with genuinely uncapped earnings.
Our top consultants earn £ 80k- £100k+. Why? Because they understand that when you’re in a hospital coffee room, every conversation is a potential customer.
What You’ll Do
- Sell specialist surgical optics (Designs for Vision loupes, surgical microscopes, and emerging cancer-detection lighting technology) to surgeons and dentists
- Work a defined large territory – South (Hampshire to South Coast, up to Oxfordshire and all the way across to Swansea on the M4 corridor), and London has plenty of opportunities for you
- Build relationships that turn into repeat business
- Use leads we generate, plus your own prospecting and relationship nurturing
What You’ll Earn + Package
- Basic salary plus uncapped commission + BMW company car.
- OTE uncapped, where £80k-100k is realistic.
Earn from day one on personal sales. We’ll advance commission in your first few months, so you’re not struggling while you build momentum.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with gravitas who can hold their own with experienced surgeons.
- You don’t need medical experience.
- You do need hunger and the discipline to follow up properly.
The Reality
- You’ll spend a lot of time driving.
- You’ll work a big territory.
- You’ll need a nice car (the podcasts help).
- You’ll work for nice people, you’ll earn seriously, and if you’re the right fit, you’ll have a real opportunity here.
Not for You If
- You want a small patch, micromanagement, or you wait for others to do the follow-up.
