Base Salary: £140k

Our client is a leading UK Civil Engineering Contractor with an extensive forward order book in Highways, Rail, Water and General Civil Engineering.
Due to a combination of succession planning and extensions of frameworks/project awards, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Commercial.
This is now seen as a critical hire as the successful candidate will be on the pathway to Commercial Director.
This would suits a Senior Commercial Manager/Commercial manager looking for the next step towards a Directors role.
The Role
- Will be responsible for pre and post contract negotiations.
- Manage a team of Commercial managers, SQS and QS within a given region.
- Will have a high level of client interaction.
- Will input into the Commercial strategy.
The Person
- Ideally of degree education.
- This would suits a Senior Commercial Manager/Commercial manager looking for the next step towards a Directors role.
- Experienced in NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
