Working closely with the Design Manager, Buying, Garment Technology, Product Development teams, and international manufacturing partners, you’ll help bring exceptional apparel ranges to life.

  • Around five years’ experience within sportswear, activewear, performance apparel, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of technical fabrics and performance garment design.
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills (Photoshop advantageous).
  • Sound understanding of garment construction and fit.
  • Ability to produce professional CAD drawings and technical packs.
  • Experience working directly with overseas suppliers and factories.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.

Desirable

  • Experience in print design, including placement graphics and all-over print development.

This is an exciting time to join a growing brand with ambitious plans for its performance category. You’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative collections across both men’s and women’s product, taking ownership of designs from concept through to production.

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll make a real impact, develop your technical and creative skills, and help shape the next generation of performance apparel, we’d love to hear from you.
