Job Description:

** Legal PA / Office Executive — Internationally based Lawyer (London Based role)

**Salary:** £55,000 – £60,000 DOE

**Location:** City of London (hybrid, aligned to Partner diary)

Do you love being one step ahead — anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked, rather than waiting for the dreaded moment it lands on your desk?

**The Role**

A leading international law firm is looking for a dynamic, senior-level Legal PA to join its London Corporate team, supporting a Partner who sits on the firm’s Board and is primarily based in internationally. You’ll also provide support to two further Corporate Partners based in London (ratio approx. 3:1), plus a wider practice management remit for one of the firm’s international offices.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on anticipation, not reaction — confident managing a demanding workload, comfortable with direct client contact, and genuinely energised by a varied, international remit rather than a purely diary-and-inbox brief.

Fluency in English is essential; a high level of Hebrew is strongly preferred and will be reflected in salary.

**What you’ll be doing**

– Comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones, anticipating needs and acting as an effective gatekeeper

– Coordinating international travel — flights, hotels, transport, restaurants — with a cost-effective, detail-led approach

– Confidently leading and attending Revenue Control and billing meetings, with end-to-end responsibility for billing and debt-recovery across the Partner client base

– Managing client onboarding (KYC, billing set-up, engagement letters) across Corporate and CMS international offices

– Direct client contact — you’ll need to communicate exceptionally well and represent the practice with confidence

– Business development support, including Legal 500/Chambers submissions

– Planning client suite events end-to-end

– Document production, proofreading and general practice support

– Supporting office/practice management for the Tel Aviv office, including expense processing with Finance

**About you**

– Extensive PA/EA experience at Partner or senior leadership level, ideally within a law firm

– Strong financial administration background — billing, debt-recovery, financial reporting

– Proven track record managing complex, demanding diaries across time zones

– Fluent English; high-level Hebrew strongly preferred

– Robust, resilient and unflappable — comfortable working for a demanding Partner and confident pushing back or managing up when needed

– Excellent stakeholder management — you’ll deal directly with clients, senior Partners and international colleagues

– A genuine can-do mindset and sense of humour
