Real Estate Solicitor/Associate (2–6 PQE) | Birmingham | Hybrid Working
We are currently working alongside our client, a highly regarded national law firm, as they look to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join their established Real Estate team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a national reputation, working on high-quality commercial property matters with a particular focus on supporting its market-leading Charity practice.

- Broad commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Advise charities, education providers, public sector organisations and other purpose-driven clients
- Work alongside nationally recognised Real Estate and Charity specialists

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- 2–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical and client relationship skills
- Able to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Charity or public sector property experience is advantageous but not essential
