The Team
The Real Estate Disputes team handles high-value, complex, and often precedent-setting litigation for an impressive client base of landlords, tenants, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, banks, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners. The team’s work spans the full spectrum of contentious property matters, including dilapidations, lease renewals, rent review, break options, forfeiture, service charge disputes, development disputes, professional negligence, and rights of light.
The Role
As the dedicated Knowledge Lawyer for the Real Estate Disputes team, you will be at the heart of the practice. You will monitor, analyse, and distil legal and procedural developments into practical updates, precedents, standard documents, playbooks, and guidance notes. You will design and deliver client and internal training, support the development of litigation strategies, and drive innovation in knowledge management using legal tech and AI tools.
The Ideal Candidate
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in real estate disputes, or an experienced Knowledge Lawyer/PSL with a strong real estate disputes focus
