Around 80% of our clients are B2B, ranging from exciting start-ups to established international businesses.
We’re now looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager who’s equally comfortable talking strategy in a boardroom, briefing creatives, managing projects and building lasting client relationships.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing agency where your ideas, experience and personality will genuinely make a difference.
The Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them solve business challenges through strategic marketing and creative thinking.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, designers, developers and specialist partners to deliver projects on time and on budget.
No two days are the same: presenting creative concepts, launching a website, reporting on PPC performance or helping pitch for new business,
What You’ll Be Doing
Building great client relationships
- Become a trusted extension of your clients’ businesses.
- Understand their goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Lead regular client meetings and presentations.
- Build relationships that last.
Leading projects
- Take projects from brief through to delivery.
- Write clear internal creative briefs.
- Manage timelines, budgets and resources.
- Keep projects moving and clients informed.
Strategic thinking
- Develop marketing and brand strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops.
- Challenge briefs where needed.
- Help clients make better marketing decisions.
Working with the creative team
- Brief designers and copywriters.
- Review work before it reaches clients.
- Ensure every project delivers against the original brief.
Digital marketing
- Update WordPress websites.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC and web development partners.
- Help clients make the most of their digital presence.
- Write and produce social posts
Growing accounts
- Spot opportunities to add value.
- Develop proposals and pitch presentations.
- Help win new projects and new clients.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll probably have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an advertising, branding or marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- A strategic mindset combined with excellent attention to detail.
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy working with people.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping clients succeed.
