Interim Group Head of Legal (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)
An international, acquisitive business is seeking an experienced senior lawyer to lead its legal function during a maternity cover period. Reporting to the CFO, you will act as principal legal adviser to the executive team, providing commercially focused guidance across legal, governance, compliance and strategic risk.
This is a broad, high-impact role within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will support ongoing M&A activity, strategic projects, commercial contracting, governance frameworks and legal risk management while leading an international legal team.
The ideal candidate will bring significant in-house experience, a strong corporate and commercial background, exposure to international M&A and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, changing environments. A pragmatic, hands-on approach, strong stakeholder management skills and the credibility to influence senior leadership are essential.
