A leading employment specialist law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE to join its growing Employment team in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national practice, working within a large, collaborative team advising a diverse range of employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a strong focus on respondent work.
The role offers excellent flexibility, with just 1 day per week required in the office, alongside a strong emphasis on work-life balance and high-quality, interesting work.
You will take on a varied and engaging caseload from day one, supported by full administrative assistance, allowing you to focus on high-quality legal work and client delivery.
The Role
- Managing and delivering clear, proactive, and solutions-focused advice to assigned clients
- Assisting lead lawyers with employment tribunal claims for national and global brands
- Identifying and converting opportunities to provide “best advice” and support team targets
- Taking a solutions-focused approach to ensure strong client outcomes
- Drafting email updates and sharing employment law developments with the wider team
