Projects range across menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, babywear, casualwear, sportswear, technicalwear, formalwear, streetwear and reusable products for mid- to high-end markets.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of client accounts and lead projects across our full-service offering.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion product development who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, managing multiple projects and turning ideas into commercially viable products.

The position is hybrid and flexible, making it suitable for parents or professionals seeking meaningful work alongside other commitments.

The Role

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through every stage of the development and production journey.

Many of our clients are entering the clothing industry for the first time, so you’ll need the confidence to advise, educate and support them while managing expectations, budgets and timelines.

You will work closely with pattern cutters, factories and suppliers to ensure projects progress smoothly from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Lead projects from design development through sampling and production
  • Create and amend technical packs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Develop size charts and garment specifications
  • Source fabrics, trims, embellishments and packaging
  • Liaise with UK and overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Review samples, manage fit comments and coordinate amendments
  • Create and manage project timelines and critical paths
  • Monitor costs, quotations and production schedules
  • Ensure products meet client expectations, quality standards and delivery deadlines
  • Handle project challenges proactively and professionally

About You

You’ll have experience within the fashion, apparel or textile industry and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential skills:

  • Strong project management and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating tech packs and product specifications
  • Good understanding of garment construction, fit and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims and sourcing
  • Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team

Desirable:

  • Experience working with UK manufacturing suppliers
  • Pattern cutting or garment technology knowledge
  • Experience fitting samples and communicating fit amendments
  • Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices

What We Offer

  • Flexible working pattern across 3–5 days per week
  • Hybrid working with genuine flexibility around family and personal commitments
  • Hourly pay dependent on experience
  • A friendly, supportive and values-led team
  • The opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting fashion and textile projects
  • Significant ownership, autonomy and direct impact within a growing business

How to Apply

  • Please apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a short covering note outlining your relevant experience, salary expectation, availability and why you’re interested in joining Bridge & Stitch.
