Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (5+ PQE)
Warwickshire | £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (2 days in office) | Full or Part Time Considered
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing law firm within its expanding Warwickshire office.
This is a genuine growth role within a firm actively investing in its Private Client offering locally. The team benefits from a consistent pipeline of high-quality instructions, with a strong focus on long-term development, client service and progression within a supportive environment.
You will join a friendly and highly experienced Private Wealth team, advising a diverse client base including mid to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex private client matters.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload, including:
- Wills, including complex trust provisions
- Estate planning and succession strategies
- Business succession planning
- Trust creation, administration and restructuring
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Wealth preservation for high-net-worth clients
You will have autonomy over your work, with strong supervision and support available where required, alongside opportunities to develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team.
