ABOUT Get Up Studio
Get Up Studio is a creative content studio specialising in development and production for sports brands, teams, and rights holders. Our clients include FIA Formula E, MLB Europe, World Rugby, Red Bull UK, and our work spans everything from short-form content on TikTok and Instagram to mid-form documentaries on YouTube. We’re a small, ambitious team working primarily remotely, with occasional meet-ups and socials in Central London. As we enter our second year, we’re excited to grow the studio with new hires to help shape our next chapter.
The role
We’re looking for a Junior Preditor (Producer/Editor) who can both shoot and edit best-in-class sports content for social platforms. You’ll have a good eye for filming, the technical know-how to capture high-quality footage in fast-moving environments, and the editing skills to turn that footage into engaging, platform-specific content.
This role suits someone at the early stages of their career, with proven experience creating social-first content (ideally in sport) for brands, teams, or rights holders. You’ll understand what makes TikTok different from Instagram, and how to adapt storytelling for YouTube vs Reels.
You’ll be hands-on with camera work and Adobe Premiere or DaVinci editing, with some knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics beneficial. You’ll also bring creative ideas and enthusiasm to help shape fresh, exciting content across our roster of clients.
Whilst this is a remote role, regular travel to London will be required across client’s race weekends, along with some domestic and international travel for shoots. Due to the nature of sport, weekend work will be expected regularly.
The Junior Preditor will report directly to the Head of Production.

● Supporting the team with creative ideation, bringing fresh approaches to filming and editing.
● Communicating clearly with the Get Up team, using Trello to manage workflow, deadlines, and feedback.
Required Background
● 1–2 years’ experience shooting and editing video content (ideally sports-focused).
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve is essential, with working knowledge & interest in After Effects.
● Comfortable filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic sound/lighting setup.
● An understanding of social media trends and how to optimise content per platform.
● Ability to work under pressure, at pace, and occasionally at unsociable hours.
● A passion for sport and sports content.
Other Requirements
● Ability to operate both independently with a start-up mentality; as well as in a collaborative, team environment.
● Ability to think creatively, innovate across social media with bravery to disrupt the landscape.
● Entrepreneurial and passionate with a desire to exceed expectations.
● Superior organisation, prioritisation and project management skills.
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with limited supervision
