Architectural Technologist | London | £45,000 – £55,000
Konker is recruiting for an AJ100, RIBA Chartered architectural practice that has consistently featured in the AJ100 for the last 3–4 years.
They’re looking for a Architectural Technologist to join their London studio, working on technically challenging high-rise residential projects, including major cladding remediation schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established technical team delivering projects at the forefront of the Building Safety Act.
We’re looking to speak with Architectural Technologists who have:
- High-rise residential experience.
- Knowledge of the Gateway process under the Building Safety Act.
- Cladding remediation experience.
- Strong technical delivery skills.
- Excellent Revit proficiency (essential).
Based near Barbican, you’ll join a collaborative team of around 30 people with excellent opportunities for career progression within a nationally recognised practice.
