ROLE: Employment Associate
LEVEL: 2–3 PQE

MAP Legal are working one of the UK’s leading employment teams advising senior executives, entrepreneurs, family offices and international businesses.
Our client is seeking a talented Employment Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded London employment practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters within a team renowned for its expertise in advising senior executives, partners, founders, C-suite leaders, private clients and employers on complex workplace issues.
The Role
You will work closely with leading employment partners on a diverse range of matters, including:
- Executive appointments, service agreements and incentive arrangements
- High-value exits, settlement negotiations and board-level disputes
- Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Restrictive covenants, team moves and confidentiality disputes
- Internal investigations and sensitive workplace issues
- Corporate transactions and the employment aspects of M&A deals
- International and cross-border employment matters
The practice offers a distinctive client base and frequently advises on matters where employment, reputation, tax, immigration and private wealth considerations intersect.
About You
You will:
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
- Have strong technical employment law expertise gained at a recognised employment practice
- Be comfortable managing matters with appropriate supervision and taking ownership of client relationships
- Possess excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Enjoy working on complex, high-profile and often sensitive matters
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a leading international firm
