Procurement & Commercial Manager – Offshore Wind

We’re looking for multiple experienced Procurement & Commercial Managers to help deliver the next generation of offshore wind projects. These are key roles supporting project development through strategic procurement, commercial management, and contract negotiation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies for offshore wind projects.
• Lead tendering activities and manage supplier selection.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with key suppliers and contractors.
• Support project budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting.
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company governance and sustainability objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven procurement and commercial management experience within offshore wind, renewables, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of EPC, engineering, marine, or consultancy contracts is desirable.
• Degree-qualified or professionally accredited (e.g. MCIPS) is an advantage.
