Senior Sales Executive – (Premium hospitality and events)

Location: North London

Salary: £35,000+

Role

I am looking for a commercially driven sales professional to generate revenue across premium memberships, events, and corporate partnerships. This role blends proactive business development, consultative selling, and relationship management within a fast-paced, target-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across premium memberships, seasonal packages, and event offerings
  • Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects through research, outreach, and networking
  • Engage senior decision-makers (C-suite and SMEs) to secure long-term partnerships
  • Deliver against seasonal, event, and matchday revenue targets
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to close
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
  • Represent the business at events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within events, hospitality, sport, or premium experiences
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and close at senior level
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and new business development
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and strong Microsoft Office skills
