About the Company

We are seeking an organised and proactive HR and Accounts Supervisor to provide high-quality support to a growing business. This is a permanent varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across HR, accounts and general office administration and takes pride in supporting a smooth and efficient workplace

HR

  • Maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Proactive with Personnel management and admin.
  • Undertake monthly payroll processing when covering absences.

Accounts Receivable

  • Assist in the creation of monthly sales invoices
  • Cash receipt allocations / Daily Banking

Accounts Payable

  • Process purchase invoices & credit card spend
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations
  • Resolve queries efficiently and ensure accurate ledger postings
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements

Monthly Accounts

  • Monthly reconciliation of account codes
  • Post Prepayments/Accruals
  • Generate monthly Management Accounts

Skills (Required):

  • Microsoft Excel/Outlook experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in an ERP system and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Accounts, HR & Payroll experience – minimum of 3 years
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills

Skills (Preferred):

  • Xero experience

Full-time (37.5hrs)
