Salary: Up to £60,000

Role Summary:
An experienced Paraplanner is sought to support a team of Financial Advisers through technical research, report writing and financial planning support. Working alongside highly qualified technical specialists, including Fellowship-level professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive environment that actively invests in professional development.
This can be a Senior Paraplanning opportunity for someone who wants to become a highly qualified technical subject matter expert, or a route into financial advice for those with longer-term ambitions to become an Adviser.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality suitability reports and recommendations that support positive client outcomes.
• Conduct research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning solutions.
• Analyse client circumstances and develop appropriate planning strategies.
• Work closely with advisers, administrators and technical specialists to progress client cases efficiently.
• Support ongoing client review processes and recommendations.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma qualified (Level 4 Financial Planning or equivalent).
• Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Ability to write suitability reports independently.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Working towards Advanced Diploma or Chartered status would be advantageous.
