Due to workload, we are looking to collaborate with a Freelance Building Surveyor(s) covering the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands acting on our behalf.
Role Description
The Freelance Building Surveyor will predominantly carry out RICS Homebuyer surveys, with an opportunity to include condition surveys, prepare feasibility studies, and deliver accurate building inspection reports should this be of interest.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Surveying and preparing comprehensive RICS Home Buyer Surveys
- Experience in delivering Feasibility Studies and analysing project viability.
- Skilled in Contract Management, including overseeing compliance and project timelines
- Knowledge and practical experience in managing Dilapidations and advising on property obligations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drone/ Pilot License
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
- Professional qualifications in Building Surveying
- Membership or eligibility for membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS)
