The agency
This full service events and production agency work with well-known global brands and are specialists in the live events and experiential space executing a range of global congresses, expos and events to perfection. From large scale congresses for 1000’s to stand alone meetings and technical exhibition booth builds, through to product launches they work with clients across a range of fast paced industries including life sciences and pharma.
The role
Leading teams across technical production as well as exhibition project management this is an unmissable opportunity for a senior event professional to join this global agency. You will head up resource planning for all projects as well as RFPs and be responsible for ensuring each project has the best and most suitable freelance support. You will on board, train and develop your team supporting with their 1:1s and development plans. Working in collaboration with heads of departments to ensure each project is costed and delivered on time and to the highest standards, you will also lead point on internal processes and operational improvements
About you
We are seeking a highly experienced operations lead or operations director with extensive experience in an events / production agency environment. A strong understanding of exhibitions, live events and technical design and build of large scale congress stands as well as an excellent operational delivery background is key to succeed in this role. You are a natural leader with a commercial stance and understand working within technical and production guidelines when it comes to large scale shows and bespoke stand builds. This is a senior level role where you will be hybrid working (2 days a week in office) with limited on-site / travel.
