Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment Team, supporting direct recruitment activity across the group. In this role, you’ll manage a busy requisition workload, partner closely with hiring managers and operational teams, and help ensure staffing requirements are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding great candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to start date.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver high-volume recruitment – Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies at pace, including Warehouse Operatives, Production Operatives and Drivers across a range of sites.
- Partner with hiring managers – Work closely with hiring managers and operational teams, providing guidance on best practice throughout the screening, selection and onboarding process.
- Create a great candidate experience – Act as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
- Source and pipeline talent – Use proactive and innovative attraction methods to quickly identify suitable candidates and build pipelines for repeat or hard-to-fill roles.
- Maintain compliance and reporting standards – Ensure vacancies and candidate activity are accurately maintained in the ATS, supporting clear KPI tracking and timely progress through the recruitment workflow.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach to talent attraction, sourcing and candidate engagement
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous
