We’re seeking an inspiring Head of Drama to join a thriving and selective grammar secondary school on a maternity cover basis.

The Role

• Lead and develop a successful Drama department.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages.
• Inspire students through performance, creativity, and enrichment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious school community.

✅ We’re Looking For

• Qualified teacher with strong Drama subject knowledge.
• Experience leading or contributing to a Drama department.
• Passion for delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Location: Kent

Contract: Maternity Cover

Start: September/November 2026
