Nurture Haven is currently seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to support our Ofsted-registered Residential Family Centre in Northampton.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership experience within children’s social care, residential family assessment, residential children’s services, or another Ofsted-regulated setting.
The successful person will need to demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge, regulatory understanding, oversight experience, and the ability to provide effective governance and challenge to the service.
Experience as a Responsible Individual, Registered Manager, senior manager, Regulation 44 visitor, or consultant within residential family centres or children’s homes would be highly desirable.
