We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based on the Kent/Greater London border, seeking a proactive and organised Turkish speaking Project Coordinator to join their development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the delivery of a portfolio of concurrent construction and refurbishment projects across South-East England, supporting a multi-million pound programme from a busy support office environment.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the communication and coordination hub across the full project portfolio – keeping multiple workstreams moving, stakeholders aligned, and documentation watertight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day coordination across a portfolio of concurrent projects, tracking tasks, deadlines and deliverables

  • Supporting procurement activity including quotations, comparison summaries and purchase order management
  • Managing the flow of design information to site teams and resolving queries promptly
  • Supporting quality assurance processes to ensure works meet required standards

About You

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish (speaking, reading and writing)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills across competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and a collaborative team player

What’s On Offer

  • Up to £40,000 per annum

  • Annual salary review
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities
