We are recruiting experienced Agency Social Workers to join our supportive Child Protection Team.

Position Details

• Cases transfer after the first hearing, meaning no ongoing court work
• Manageable caseloads with strong senior management support
• Dedicated support from our Partnership & Improvement Team
• Ongoing learning and development through our Workforce Development Team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases
• Complete high-quality assessments and care planning
• Deliver effective safeguarding interventions
• Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience in Children’s Services, Child Protection, and Safeguarding
• Excellent assessment and case management skills
• Right to work in the UK
