The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload including:
- Will and inheritance disputes
- Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- Trust and estate disputes
- Capacity and validity challenges
- Executor and trustee disputes
Working alongside leading specialists, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own matters while receiving excellent support and mentoring.

About You
- 3+ years’ PQE with strong contentious probate experience
