Job Description:

Senior National Account Manager – Tesco, Sainsburys & Booker

2 Days in the office – West Yorkshire – within an hours commute.

What if your next move wasn’t just another National Account Manager role but the opportunity to help build one of the FMCG industry’s next major success stories? Are you ready to put your Tesco experience to the test in a business with untapped potential?

I’m partnering with a CPG business that’s on an incredible journey, backed by one of the most successful entrepreneurs and investors there is in the consumer goods industry. Across multiple categories, he’s built, scaled and exited brands worth more than £150m+ and now his full focus is on taking this business to the next level. “Which believe me, he will do”.

The ambition is bold! Grow from £38m to £100m. The investment is there, the intent is in place, and with an exceptional Managing Director now leading the business, all the strategy is there to make it happen.

As part of that growth, they’re looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Booker accounts. Booker is already the company’s largest customer, while Tesco and Sainsbury’s represent huge untapped potential. This isn’t about maintaining existing business, it’s about redefining what’s possible. The opportunity is to transform Tesco from a largely transactional relationship into a true strategic partnership, creating long

term value for both customer and business.

You’ll be joining a high performing commercial team where you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, the backing of an experienced Sales Controller and leadership team, and the platform to make a genuine commercial impact. If you’re someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, building meaningful customer relationships and delivering transformational growth, you’ll thrive here.

The culture is equally impressive. This is a business that believes exceptional companies are built by exceptional people. They invest in specialists over generalists, bringing together experts who are passionate about what they do and committed to raising the bar every single day. Their charter of excellence isn’t just words on a wall, it’s the standard that drives every decision, every relationship and every success.

If you’re looking for a role where your ideas will be heard, your achievements recognised and your impact genuinely felt, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
