Operations & People Manager – Technical Services

Ipswich | £60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working | Excellent Benefits

An excellent opportunity oto join a fast growing and well-respected leader in the construction industry as an Operations & People Manager to lead their Technical Services function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact within a growing and reputable business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach and develop the Technical Services team, driving performance against key objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality technical support, specifications & reporting
  • Implement best practice processes, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support strategic growth

What we’re looking for

  • Senior leadership experience within technical services or construction
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications & building envelope systems
  • A confident, people-focused leader with proven coaching and performance management skills
  • Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, or similar
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
