An excellent opportunity oto join a fast growing and well-respected leader in the construction industry as an Operations & People Manager to lead their Technical Services function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact within a growing and reputable business.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop the Technical Services team, driving performance against key objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality technical support, specifications & reporting
- Implement best practice processes, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support strategic growth
What we’re looking for
- Senior leadership experience within technical services or construction
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications & building envelope systems
- A confident, people-focused leader with proven coaching and performance management skills
- Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, or similar
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
