Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer (2+ PQE) | Legal 500 Team | £38,000 – £50,000 – £DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Private Client Lawyers to join a highly regarded and growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Norwich. Recognised by The Legal 500 this established department offers high-quality work, a supportive culture and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives (FILEX/CILEX) with at least two years’ post-qualification experience who are looking to further develop their expertise within a collaborative and well-respected private client practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on:

  • Drafting Wills and succession planning
  • Estate administration, including complex probate matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trust creation, administration and advisory work
  • Inheritance and tax planning matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Strong experience handling Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
  • Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently

STEP qualification is desirable, although candidates currently studying towards STEP or wishing to undertake the qualification will also be encouraged and supported.
