Project Manager

A growing, well-established organisation is looking to appoint a Site Project Manager to support the delivery of a varied portfolio of site projects. Working within a regulated operational environment, you’ll take responsibility for driving projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with operations, engineering, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and site priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent site projects from concept to completion
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers
• Track budgets, forecasts, and project spend
• Ensure all activities meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Provide clear updates and reporting to site leadership
• Support business case development and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering projects within a regulated or complex environment (e.g. manufacturing, pharma, FMCG)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project performance
• Hands-on experience with project planning tools and structured methodologies
• A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving ability

Desirable

• Knowledge of validation, commissioning, or plant-based projects
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
• Formal project management or Health & Safety qualifications
