An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in Buckinghamshire
This is an excellent chance for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to become part of a well-established and growing employment team, advising a high-quality client base that includes SMEs, senior executives, owner-managed businesses, and corporate clients
The Role
You will handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
• Employment contracts and policies
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
• Settlement agreements
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Discrimination and unfair dismissal matters
• Advising both employers and employees
• Corporate support work on transactions
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also working closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex matters
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with:
• 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
