Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate/Partner
Location: Darlington/Durham/Newcastle (flexible)
Ark Search are pleased to be working with a highly reputable North East regional firm who are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner at Senior Level due to their exciting growth plans.
The successful candidate will be joining a hugely successful department and be involved in the continued growth and development of the team.
They will be responsible for managing their own residential conveyancing caseload to include:
- Handling sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold cases
- Dealing with re-mortgages, newbuilds, unregistered and registered land and transfers of equity
- Dealing with title checks and right to buys
The candidate will also be responsible for supervising a multi office residential conveyancing team consisting of fee earners and support staff. You will also be involved for business development opportunities and building relationships with relevant referrers.
Applications will be accepted from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience managing their own conveyancing caseload and a team.
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + bonus (DOE)
