Locum Employment Solicitor

A renowned regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Locum Solicitor to provide interim support to its busy Employment team while a permanent appointment is finalised.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor who can hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload autonomously.
The Role:
- 90% respondent work, advising employers across a broad range of employment matters
- 10% claimant work, acting exclusively for Senior Executives, Company Directors and Shareholders in high-value and complex employment matters
- Advising on settlement agreements
The successful candidate will be confident handling matters independently while delivering an exceptional standard of client care and commercial advice.

- Hybrid working available
- Full-time hours (9:00am–5:00pm), but flexibility to part time hours can be considered if needed
- Outside IR35

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Strong background in handling a broad range of Employment matters
- Available to commence at short notice
