Location: Remote (with occasional travel to nurseries/offices, including Northampton Head Office)
Salary: From £33,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join Bright Horizons on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for our operational nursery roles across one of our divisions.
Working closely with operational leaders and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key part in delivering a strategic, high-quality recruitment service—ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the very best talent.
This role goes beyond filling roles—you’ll focus on direct sourcing, talent pipelining, and strengthening our employer brand, while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Deliver a full 360° recruitment service across nursery roles
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver tailored resourcing solutions
- Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, campaigns, social media, networking, headhunting)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social content
- Manage recruitment activity via Workday ATS, ensuring data accuracy and smooth processes
- Provide weekly MI and insights on recruitment activity
- Promote and embed Recommend a Friend (RAF) initiatives
- Track and optimise recruitment activity for ROI and effectiveness
- Stay up to date with market trends and talent insights
- Represent Bright Horizons at industry events and networking opportunities
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
- Proven success in a recruitment role within childcare / education / healthcare or retail
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Strong communication skills—confident engaging at all levels
- Ability to manage priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance tracking
- Collaborative approach with a strong stakeholder focus
Desirable
- Experience with Workday / Indeed
- Background in an internal TA function
- Experience recruiting within the childcare or education sector
