Location: Luton, Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £40,500 per annum
Initial 6 month contract with a view to becoming permanent

n:The Cabin Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating cabin-related stock, supporting locker operations, and ensuring accurate inventory management across multiple locations. The role acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and locker teams, ensuring stock availability, compliance, and operational continuit

red.Monitor stock levels across lockers, address low stock levels outside standard order cycles, and liaise directly with locker st

ems.Assist with monitoring linen levels, quantities, and inventory consiste

its.Support expansion of stock reutilization processes to European lock

pportAct as the main point of contact for NSR, Events, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders requiring stock for events, static demonstrations, and the Paris lo
unge.Answer general locker team queries and provide ongoing administrative support across all locker locat
ions.Support iPad control, updates, and operational readi
ness.Provide backup coverage during vacations and other operational
gaps.Compliance, Reporting & Administrative S
upportInput, update, and maintain accurate data in systems, e.g. Xyicon and Xlog, including taking and uploading stock items p
hotos.Prepare, update, and maintain stocking handbooks and reports, including item weight reviews and compliance document
ation.Assist with onboarding and periodic refresher training for locker
staff.Support additional office tasks, including purchase order bookings (ACW, Pierre Marcolini, Lyreco, and other suppl
iers).Personal Specifi
cation:Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field would be advant
ageous.Fluency in English (written and s
poken).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel.Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to
detail.Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic, operational envir
