European Technical Manager

£60,000 per annum + Bonus
A global manufacturer of high-efficiency HVAC and climate control technologies, delivering innovative chillers, heat pumps, and hydronic cooling solutions across the European market. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence, sustainable technology, and product innovation, this organisation works closely with distributors, consultants, and contractors to provide technically advanced solutions for commercial and industrial applications. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its European technical sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales support to distributors, consultants, and end users across the European market
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training to promote new and existing technologies
Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical enquiries to ensure successful product implementation
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop technical solutions that support business growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new commercial opportunities
Travel throughout Europe to support customers, partners, exhibitions, and technical seminars
Package:
£60,000 per annum + Bonus

What You’ll Need:
Minimum five years’ experience working with commercial chillers, heat pumps, or applied HVAC systems
Strong technical knowledge of hydronic heating and cooling systems, chillers, and heat pump technology
Experience providing technical support, customer training, or pre-sales engineering within the HVAC or refrigeration industry
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities
Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe
