As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate music enthusiasts with a strong ear for new talent to join our global A&R team.
The Role
As an A&R Scout, you will play an important role in identifying outstanding unsigned artists and introducing them to Almighty1 Music for potential release opportunities.
This is a fully remote position, offering complete flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover talented unsigned artists and producers.
- Build relationships with emerging artists.
- Introduce artists that meet Almighty1 Music’s release standards.
- Stay informed on emerging music trends and new talent.
- Represent Almighty1 Music professionally within the music community.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for discovering new music.
- Possess an excellent ear for commercially and creatively strong releases.
- Are active within music communities and online platforms.
- Have strong communication and networking skills.
- Are proactive, self-motivated and organised.
- Previous A&R or music industry experience is welcomed but not essential.

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
For every artist successfully introduced and signed by Almighty1 Music, you will receive 20% of the label’s net income generated from that artist’s release, in accordance with our A&R commission agreement.
There is no limit to the number of artists you can introduce, allowing you to build a recurring income through successful signings.
