If you need a manager hovering over your shoulder, this isn’t for you. If you’ve got the get-up-and-go to spot an opportunity, pick up the phone and turn it into a deal, read on.
The company – UK SME vibes, with international sites and reach!
The role
New business new business. You’re out on the road three days a week, in front of customers, opening doors and building a pipeline that’s yours. The accounts nobody else has spotted, the relationships you build from a cold start and grow into something that lasts.
- Three days (or more) a week out on the road, the rest however suits the work
- Book your own appointments, run your own diary, own your own patch
- No fixed territory — but you don’t tread on a colleague’s toes; closer to the lead, it’s theirs
- Land new accounts and grow them — the small ones you bring in today are the big ones you bank tomorrow
- Deals range from 100K up to £500k; or beyond – Its solution sales
What you’ll bring
- An entrepreneurial streak — you think like an owner, not an employee
- Genuine drive and personality — you can walk into a room cold and walk out with a relationship
- A track record of finding and winning new business,
- The discipline to manage yourself — because nobody here is going to do it for you
- The hunger to build something and be rewarded properly when you do.
The package
- £50,000-£70,000 basic (negotiable)
- up to £90,000 OTE uncapped — and the ceiling’s higher for the right performer
- Company car or allowance
- Realistic, uncapped earning potential
One thing
You’ll need to live within 60 minutes of Rugby. Beyond that, where you are is up to you — this is a role built on output, not attendance.
