Pension Engagement Consultant
Location: Remote, UK
We have an exciting new position for a passionate and engaging Pension Engagement Consultant to join a growing specialist pensions team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pension scheme education, client relationship management, or member engagement who enjoys translating complex pension concepts into clear, accessible guidance.
Working with a portfolio of public sector and workplace pension clients, you’ll deliver high-quality educational programmes, build trusted client relationships, and support initiatives that improve pension awareness and member outcomes.
The Role
As a Pension Engagement Consultant, you’ll support organisations in delivering effective pension education and engagement strategies for their employees and scheme members.
You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences, helping individuals better understand their pension benefits and retirement planning options.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders
- Develop an understanding of client workforce demographics, communication challenges, and engagement objectives
- Support the design and delivery of tailored pension education programmes
- Ensure regular communication and excellent service delivery across your client portfolio
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a client-facing consultancy, engagement, or relationship management role
- Knowledge of Pension Scheme or large public sector pension arrangements
- Good understanding of the UK pensions landscape
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply
Desirable Qualifications
- FPC, APMI, ACII, CIPD or equivalent professional qualification
