Territory Sales Manager — Trauma & Fixation

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading medtech business for a Territory Sales Manager to join their commercial team, supporting their trauma and fracture fixation portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with genuine experience supporting fracture fixation and reconstruction procedures who wants to step into a role with real autonomy, clinical depth, and earning potential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and key healthcare professionals across trauma, hand, foot, and extremity surgery
• Providing clinical and technical support during fracture fixation and reconstruction procedures
• Supporting pre-operative planning and ensuring effective implant utilisation in theatre
• Delivering product training and education on plate and screw fixation systems and surgical technique
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory
• Meeting and exceeding territory sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years’ experience in medical device sales or orthopaedic trauma
• Experience supporting fracture fixation, upper or lower extremity, or reconstructive procedures preferred
• Strong clinical aptitude and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working closely with surgeons and managing complex clinical cases
• Disciplined, organised, and confident managing your own pipeline
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively within your territory
