Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader (electrical bias) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in Wakefield.

Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical Bias)

Location: Wakefield

Hours:

• Week 1-3 – Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm/9am-5pm
• Week 4 – Monday to Friday 4pm – 12am

Salary: up to £47,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 13 technicians
• Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the technicians
• Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety procedures
• Issue and manage permits for employees and contractors
• Plan and manage maintenance workloads, including contractor activity on site
• Supporting technicians with reactive breakdowns

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum recognised Level 3 electrical qualification.
• Experience working within with automation and robotics machinery.
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge
