Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer | Full Time for 6 months | Immediate Start | Remote/Hybrid – London
A leading international firm is seeking a senior corporate tax lawyer to join a busy three-lawyer team, providing senior support to the partner and picking up live transactional and advisory work from day one.
The role covers a broad mix of corporate tax, VAT, stamp taxes, withholding taxes, NRCGT, EIS/SEIS/VCT restructuring, charities tax, carried interest, employment tax (including IR35/off-payroll), and fund structuring across PE, charity, and club deal contexts. Clients range from HNWIs and founders to PE funds and institutional corporates.
What we’re looking for: a qualified lawyer with strong corporate tax experience, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to integrate quickly and add value immediately.
