Purchasing Coordinator

We’re Hiring | Procurement Coordinator | UK Hybrid/Remote | £27,000–£30,000 + Commission

At DTS Trading, we don’t just distribute products, we solve procurement problems.

Our Tail Solutions division manages back-of-book purchasing for major organisations, with hundreds of product lines they don’t have time to manage. We take that off their plate entirely, from the initial enquiry, right through to delivery.

We’re now looking for a Procurement Coordinator to expand the team and own that process.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and quote on product enquiries from large client procurement teams
• Source competitively from our supplier network
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end through to confirmed delivery
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client contacts
•  Work closely with senior management, contributing directly to the growth and direction of the Tail Solutions division

What we’re looking for:

• Organised, commercially aware, and great with detail
• Confident communicator, for this client-facing role
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple product categories
• Prior experience in purchasing, buying, or sales support is a plus
