The Role
To support the transactional arm of the Legal & Compliance team, delivering a high volume of property transactions that enable Cornerstone’s Estates programmes and wider business objectives.
This role combines hands-on legal delivery with stakeholder management and continuous improvement, providing dedicated legal support across a range of telecoms property transactions including Code Agreements, leases, licences and freehold acquisitions. Working closely with the Estates team and reporting into the Senior Property Counsel, you’ll take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion, helping to ensure efficient, commercially focused and high-quality legal delivery.

What You’ll Do
⚖️ Manage the end-to-end delivery of property transactions, including Code Agreements, leases, licences and freehold acquisitions.
Receive and review transaction instructions, ensuring agreed Heads of Terms are correctly reflected and all site-specific considerations are understood.
Prepare and issue transactional documents using Cornerstone’s approved templates, guidance notes and legal frameworks.
