1 Year Contract Role – Inside IR35

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System across the asset lifecycle. Ensure quality processes, governance, and risk management are embedded throughout the project, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of quality across project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Success Criteria

  • Quality Management Framework successfully implemented across all project phases.
  • Project Quality Plans and Quality Activity Plans developed, maintained, and communicated.
  • Quality risks proactively identified, managed, and mitigated using a risk-based approach.
  • Non-Conformances (NCRs), Lessons Learned, audits, and corrective actions effectively managed and closed.
  • Strong quality culture established through coaching, training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective collaboration with Project, Supplier Quality, and QHSE teams to achieve project quality objectives.
  • Compliance with stage gates, quality checkpoints, and governance requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality Management, and/or Supplier Quality Management.
  • Experience delivering quality management within Offshore Wind, Renewables, Energy, Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore Engineering, or other major EPC/capital project environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Quality qualification or certification (e.g. ASQ, CQI, EOQ, IRCA Lead Auditor, Six Sigma).
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), risk management, audits, NCRs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience working within complex, matrix, and international project environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid basis with approximately 25% travel across London, Norfolk, Grimsby, and occasional travel to Copenhagen
