We’re supporting a well-established commercial insurance brokerage in Winchester that’s continuing to invest in the growth of its commercial team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you’ll manage an established portfolio of commercial clients, build long-term relationships and work across a broad range of commercial risks. Whether your background is in broking, account handling or account management, we’re keen to speak with individuals looking to continue developing their career within commercial insurance.
The Role
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of commercial clients
- Arrange new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a broad range of commercial risks
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters
- Negotiate competitive terms and deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through referrals, cross-selling and excellent client service
- Conduct client reviews and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle
- Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate broking records
About You
You’ll ideally have experience as a:
- Commercial Account Handler
- Commercial Insurance Broker
- Commercial Account Executive
- Client Executive
- Client Manager
Experience across products such as Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity and Cyber would be advantageous, together with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.
