The AI System Automation & Implementation Manager will lead Matcha Kari’s adoption of AI

technologies by implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI platforms across the

organization. This role will identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, organize

company knowledge for AI accessibility, develop AI-powered workflows, and ensure

employees can effectively leverage AI tools in their daily work. The ideal candidate has

hands-on experience deploying AI solutions within businesses and is passionate about using

existing AI technologies to solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

AI Platform Implementation

  • Deploy and configure AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other business AI tools.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that align with company needs.
  • Manage AI subscriptions, permissions, and access across teams.

AI Knowledge Management

  • Organize and structure company documentation, SOPs, policies, and operational data for effective use with AI.
  • Develop AI knowledge bases that improve information retrieval and decision-making.
  • Maintain data quality and documentation to ensure accurate AI outputs.

Workflow Automation

  • Identify repetitive business processes that can be improved through AI.
  • Design AI-assisted workflows for Operations, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Implement automation using platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar integration tools.

AI Optimization

  • Improve prompts, workflows, and AI configurations to maximize output quality.
  • Monitor AI usage and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Test new AI features and recommend practical business applications.

Training & Adoption

  • Train employees on AI best practices.
  • Create AI usage guidelines and documentation.
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of AI tools.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience implementing AI solutions within business environments and working deeply with AI platform integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience organizing knowledge bases and company documentation for AI use.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities.
