French Speaking Sales Manager
London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
£40,000–£50,000 + Commission
Full-time | Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales
This is an opportunity to join a growing international events business and take ownership of commercial growth across the French market.
We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in exhibition, sponsorship, conference, or event sales who can confidently manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with senior decision-makers across France.
This role is not suited to candidates from general sales backgrounds without event sales experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages across a portfolio of B2B events
• Managing both new business development and existing client relationships
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Creating tailored commercial proposals and closing opportunities
• Driving revenue growth across the French market
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting accurately
• Working closely with internal teams to support wider event growth
• Attending industry events and client meetings where required
About you:
• Fluent French and English speaker (essential)
• Experience in exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, conference sales, media sales, or event sales
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong new business and relationship management skills
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Commercially driven and motivated by commission and performance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
